1. Seller
These terms and conditions govern sales concluded on getydra.com between Rida Karroumi EI (YDRA), 27 F rue de Verdun, 76360 Barentin, France, SIREN 131 838 047, email getydra@gmail.com (the "Seller"), and any natural person acting as a consumer (the "Customer").
2. Products
The products are cosmetics described on each product page (characteristics, INCI composition, directions for use). Images are for illustrative purposes. The products are manufactured on demand in the European Union by our manufacturing partner.
3. Prices
Prices are stated in euros, excluding delivery costs indicated before the order is confirmed. VAT is not applicable, pursuant to Art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
4. Order
The Customer selects the products, reviews their cart, enters their contact details, chooses the delivery method, and then confirms the order, thereby agreeing to pay. A confirmation email summarizes the order. The Seller may refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of the order, using the payment methods offered at checkout, via a secure payment platform. The Seller never has access to the Customer's banking details.
6. Delivery
The terms, timeframes, and costs are specified on the Delivery page. Unless otherwise stated, delivery will take place no later than 30 days after the order. In the event of a delay, the Customer may exercise their rights under Articles L216-2 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
7. Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to withdraw without giving any reason, subject to the terms on the Returns and Withdrawals page. In accordance with Article L221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been unsealed (opened) after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
8. Legal Guarantees
The Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
The consumer has two years from the date the goods are delivered to claim the legal guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, they are only required to prove the existence of the lack of conformity, not the date on which it appeared. The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to have the goods repaired or replaced within thirty days of their request, free of charge and without significant inconvenience. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, or if the remedy is refused or not carried out within the specified timeframes, the consumer may obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract by returning the goods. In the event of a hidden defect, the consumer may choose between rescinding the sale and obtaining a price reduction (Article 1644 of the French Civil Code). A seller who acts in bad faith to prevent the enforcement of the legal guarantee of conformity may face a civil fine of up to 300,000 euros.
9. Use of Products
Products for external cosmetic use. The Customer should check the composition (INCI) to avoid any known allergies, follow the directions for use, and test the product on a small area before first use. Results may vary from person to person.
10. Personal Data
Data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Complaints and Mediation
Any complaint may be sent to getydra@gmail.com. In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may free of charge refer a dispute that has not been resolved to a consumer mediator for an amicable settlement; the contact details of the competent mediator are provided in the legal notices.
12. Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are subject to French law. In the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those designated by law.
