14-day period
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision.
Products concerned
For hygiene and health protection reasons, only unopened products, with their seal or foil intact, in their original packaging, can be returned (Article L221-28 5° of the Consumer Code).
How to proceed
1. Inform us of your decision before the end of the period, by email at getydra@gmail.com, by means of a clear statement or the form below.
2. Send the products back no later than 14 days after informing us, to the address: YDRA – Rida Karroumi EI, 27 F rue de Verdun, 76360 Barentin, France.
3. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Refund
We will refund you the full amount paid, including the initial shipping costs (based on the standard delivery method), no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision. We may defer the refund until receipt of the products or until you have provided proof of shipment. The refund is made using the same payment method as that used for the order.
Damaged or non-compliant product
If your package arrives damaged or if a product is not compliant, contact us with a photo at getydra@gmail.com: we will proceed with a replacement or refund, at no cost to you, under the legal guarantee of conformity.
